What it is

Rotor-18 is the ecosystem's computational physical frontier: the point where the coherence hypothesis is subjected to derivation, dimensional consistency, and simulation. The other domains share its provenance and review discipline without inheriting its assumptions as facts.

By design, this is the lab's most IP-protected section: we publish the manifestations and their evidence, not the mechanism.

Current stage: an active computational line with genealogy, local tests, and a traceable claim–evidence identity preflight; it does not yet establish competent review, a physical manifestation, or an operational experimental system.

Public objective: establish which physical manifestations can be measured and reproduced without exposing the central mechanism.

Next verifiable milestone: obtain competent, independent review of the six prepared pairings before activating relations or advancing toward physical evidence.

    Identities are prepared; relations remain inactive

    The F7F/PoT package preserves four claim identities, six evidence identities, and six pairings with review criteria and dossiers. Competent reviews and activated relations remain at zero. This establishes readiness and provenance, not external acceptance or physical validation.

    The system detected and corrected a dimensional error in its own model

    The autonomous cycle found that the field module's Zeeman coupling applied ħ to an ordinary frequency. The historical version produced 2.84×; CSI-02 v2 adjudicated the identity hν = ħω and produces approximately 1.29294 within the computational model. The correction and its T1→T2→T3 propagation were verified with the local suite and human adjudication. None of these computational results is a measured physical effect. Additionally, three internal constants with no demonstrable physical effect were formally quarantined until re-derivation: the system also governs what gets retired.

Every update states whether its evidence is a derivation, simulation, or software test. Human review preserves hypotheses while limiting their scope; no numerical output is presented as a physical measurement. The internal mechanism is never published.
